This is a private space reservation, by purchasing you will act as the host of your own festivities in our space and can decorate the space as you wish so long as you adhere to all of our terms and agreements listed below. 

PARK RULES:

We gladly open our space to you and guests and want you all to have the most fun. In order to maintain our reputation as a welcoming community hub please communicate to your partners and guests (both human and furry) that we ask everyone to respect the space, to clean up after themselves and their pets (trash, pet waste, etc) and to leave the space as clean as they found it without damages to shared space or borrowed equipment/furniture.

Please note that each pet owner should be responsible for their pet and that we are not responsible for the behavior of your human or doggy guests on site, or in the event of any damages/bodily harm they may cause/ endure during your event set up/ event time/ event clean up.

As hosts we ask that you kindly monitor the behavior of your guests and take necessary action if anything arises that breaks our space rules.

By purchasing this rental product, you agree to all our space rules, regulations, and understand that there are no refunds.

Any damages to the space or borrowed equipment will result in a mandatory fine to cover the cost of said damage as decided by Paw Paw Patisserie, to be paid by purchaser immediately to Paw Paw Patisserie.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

There are no refunds, however should your event need to be postponed only in the case of severe rain, thunderstorms, or hurricane we will gladly help you do so at our next available date without additional charge.

PARKING AVAILABILITY:

Paid street parking is available in front of the property, as well as on the surounding streets nearby. There is also a large paid parking lot directly behind the property and within close walking distance (on the same block). As well as several other paid parking garages available in the area.
