RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Treats will be delivered 4-7 business days after purchase. We ship out treats everyday except Sundays and federal holidays as most mailing centers are closed. 

Shipping cannot be cancelled or refunded. We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged by mail carrier, or delivery delays that may occur once they are shipped out.

We have a no-return policy to ensure the safety and quality of our treats for all pets, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. 

If you have any other major issues with your shipment, please contact us at hello@pawpawpatisserie.com with photos and we would be happy to address to the best of our ability. 


DIGITAL GIFT CARDS

Digital Gift cards can be purchased or sent as gifts via email, they are redeemable for anything on our site, no returns or refunds. 


SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
You agree to being charged for and receiving your selected product multiple times in the frequency you select. You may edit or cancel your subscription at any time within our required 2 days cancellation window before you next scheduled order. Orders cancelled with less than 2 days notice will not be honored.

Please note, we offer subscription rates to give our community the best deals. Any customer who abuses the subscription service and repeatedly cancel/re-subscribe to get discounts, etc., will be cancelled and denied the ability to access subscriptions in the future.
