RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Treats will in most cases arrive 4-7 business days after purchase, in very rare cases postal delays may occur during transit due to UPS/USPS processing, tracking errors, or inclement weather. 

Shipping is a flat $7.00 anywhere in the USA, or free for all orders $35 or more. All recurring subscription orders get free shipping regardless of order value.

Shipping cannot be cancelled or refunded. We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged by mail carrier, or delivery delays that may occur once they are shipped out.

We have a no-return policy to ensure the safety and quality of our treats for all pets, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. 

If you have any other major issues with your shipment, please contact us at hello@pawpawpatisserie.com with photos and we would be happy to address to the best of our ability. 


SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
You agree to being charged for and receiving your selected product multiple times in the frequency you select. You may edit or cancel your subscription at any time within our required 2 days cancellation window before you next scheduled order. Orders cancelled with less than 2 days notice will not be honored.

Please note, we offer subscription rates to give our community the best deals. Any customer who abuses the subscription service and repeatedly cancel/re-subscribe to get discounts, etc., will be cancelled and denied the ability to access subscriptions in the future. 

All Subscription orders receive free shipping regardless of your order value.
